The 2012 Harvest Dinner was a huge success!
This year's event supported the Yuma County Ag Producers Scholarship Fund. Highlights of the evening were a collaborative homegrown menu created by local celebrity chefs Jose Candelario, Radisson Hotel Yuma, Brian Tolbert, Hilton Garden Inn and Alex Trujillo, The Quechan Casino and Resort, vegetable carving demonstrations by Food Network Challenge winner, Chef Ray Duey, cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, live entertainment, 1st viewing of the "Tribute to Yuma agriculture" commercial and so much more!
