2016 Yuma Lettuce Days Festival Previously honored as 'best special event' in Arizona. This event takes place at the University of Arizona’s Yuma Agricultural Center -- a working research farm in the Yuma Valley, just west of town.

We hope you will participate as a vendor in this agricultural and culinary festival! Event details are listed below for your convenience. Feel free to email our vendor coordinator, Leslie Fain, at LeslieF@visityuma.com with any questions you may have.

  • Event Dates: February 27 & 28, 2016
  • Location: University of Arizona Agricultural Center, located at 6425 W. 8th Street, Yuma, AZ 85364
  • Application Deadline: February 12, 2016 *
  • Fee Submittal: ALL fees should be received with application. Approved vendor’s fees will be processed once notification has been sent.
  • Selection Criteria: The selection committee will review entries as they are received. Selection preference will be given to those exhibitors who have an agricultural or culinary related product. Notifications will be sent approximately 7-10 business days after receipt of the application in order to allow the committee sufficient time for evaluation.

Approved vendors will be contacted by the Yuma Visitors Bureau prior to festival to facilitate the onsite logistics for booth set up. All fees will be returned to vendors not selected.
